With 18+ years of experience in sustainable tourism, training, human resources development, and administration, Davina Layne currently serves as executive director of the Intimate Hotels of Barbados.
In addition to being a tourism executive, Davina is a certified hospitality trainer and loves to travel, find and eat good food, and help others become their best selves. She also has a keen interest in women’s leadership, fashion, recruitment, and talent management and runs a passion project called Your Corporate Image focused on personal and professional development.
She is a new Toastmaster and also a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Barbados.
